1. Does the lymphatic drainage hurt? - generally no. Not with the methods and tools i use. If you are backed up the digestive work in the sculpting abdominal work can cause some discomfort.. But this is a short part of the treatment.

2. Will you try and kill me during sports massage? No.. My job is to work with your body and your pain tolerance as well as get the job done.. The no pain no gain thing is also not completely true.

3. How long will results last for both? Answer.. It depends. But you need to keep up maintenance treatments as a rule of thumb as im not a magician :P 🧙 🧙 but if you hydrate well, eat well and move your body. (especially in ways ive advised with stretching etc) You should have great results that last you weeks.
