A lovely evening in the therapy space ❤️❤️. Clients old and new enjoying an hour of peace, calm and taking time for themselves. Face to face or online sessions available.

This week was my first proper child free Monday! I could have spent the day getting through my never ending to do list, but instead I took some of the time for myself 🌳☕👣

Its so important to take some time for yourself, for some headspace and to recharge.

Last night I completed another wonderful online Hypno session for a new client, who did just that! It can work so well from the comfort of your own home. A bit of evening restoration and calm (and usually a great night of sleep follows!). Get in touch if you would like to try it for yourself 📨

Hopefully some face to face appointments will be available soon, with the added bonus of some Reiki too!

Apologies I haven't been active on my business pages for a while. It's been a busy few months and any time for my little business has been swallowed up with other things.
