Pause Yoga classes are grounded in the traditional lineage of Hatha Yoga and led by Rebecca Harvey who began studying with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2019 completing her Foundation course. Rebecca has been a keen student of yoga for over 10 years and her 500 hour Level 4 teacher training course started in 2020 and will conclude in 2023. We all have times when our wellbeing needs a boost and Pause Yoga classes, workshops and retreats are here to help you find the space to make that happen.
