Today wasn’t just a good day…
it was a GREAT day for Gamesley 💚

We had an incredible time at the Health & Wellbeing Community Event at Gamesley Community Centre 🙌

From dance mats…
to Mario Kart on bikes…
to VR and interactive sports…

It was amazing seeing children, young people and families:
✔️ Getting active
✔️ Laughing together
✔️ Trying something new
✔️ Building confidence through play

This is what health by stealth is all about.
Creating spaces where wellbeing happens naturally… through fun, connection and shared experiences 🎮💜

Thank you to everyone who came down — the energy in the room was unreal 🔥

MyActive Glossop’s 10 week Women’s Weights programme has recently come to a successful close, with 8 dedicated participants attending women only sessions every Tuesday and Thursday.
