📢 Resident Doctors Strike Action – 📢
14th - 19th November 25

Starting tomorrow, Friday 14th November until 7am on Wednesday 19th November, some of our resident doctors (formerly junior doctors, i.e. those in training posts in general practices and hospitals) are eligible for participation in formal strike action. This may mean there is reduced appointment availability whilst this strike action is in place.

We thank patients for their understanding & support during this time.

Below is the practice summary for the month of October. We hope that this information is helpful in providing an insight into some of the work carried out by the practice.

We are pleased to report that out of 641 responses 93% of patients have rated us as very good or good in this months Friends & Family Test. Thank you to everyone that takes the time to leave us feedback. This helps us improve the service we provide to our patients. Here is some of the feedback we have received:-

🍂Approachable and friendly team and have had good experiences of all doctors and nurses at the surgery
🍂 GP took time to listen to the patient and offered options. Explained everything. Was kind and empathetic.
🍂 The nurse I saw was very friendly, put me completely at ease. And was very informative of the procedure I was about to have
🍂 The appointment was easy to make and I had different options and team members available, if I wanted to choose. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
🍂 Treated with respect and practitioner was very approachable.
