To change the habits that have formed over years — sometimes decades — we know you need in-depth support and encouragement. Our easy-to-follow eating plan and tailored activity programme are the ingredients for slimming success, and they’re brought together in group every week.

During our powerfully motivating group support, you’ll have the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of your fellow members — to inspire and be inspired, to change deep-rooted habits, share healthy swaps and make plans for the week ahead 🤗. The community of members in group help each other to build strategies and share tips to build healthy habits for life.
