The Wellbeing Line - Closure Update:
As previously announced, The Wellbeing Line is closing due to no further funding. We are no longer accepting any new referrals or support requests. Staff wellbeing remains a priority and if you are looking for wellbeing support or information, please use the support provided to you by your employing organisation.
We understand this may be an unsettling time, and we want to ensure you are aware of the support available to you:
• Mental Health Crisis: call NHS 111 and select option 2 (free, 24/7)
• Samaritans: call 116 123 (free, 24/7)
• Text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 to text with a trained crisis volunteer (free, 24/7)
• CALM Su***de Prevention Helpline: call 0800 068 41 41 or text 88247 (open daily, 5pm – midnight)
• Gloucestershire Connect and Offload: access support when you first notice you are struggling with your mental health. Call 0808 801 0606 or text 07537 419 922 (open daily, 2pm – 9pm)

If you are in crisis and need immediate support and guidance you can contact the Gloucestershire Crisis Team by dialling 111 from any phone and selecting the appropriate option when prompted. If you need to talk to someone urgently about your mental health, at any time of day or night, then you can call the Samaritans (FREE) on 116 123.
If you need help, but it is not urgent or an emergency, then you can contact the NHS directly by calling 111.
