🎄 Competition Time - Christmas Desk Decorating 🎄

The festive season has well and truly arrived at Prosperity Care & Wellbeing and our Christmas Desk Decorating Competition brought plenty of sparkle, creativity, and Christmas cheer to our office!

We were blown away by the effort, imagination, and festive spirit shown by everyone who took part. From twinkling lights and tinsel to beautifully themed displays, each desk reflected the enthusiasm and dedication of our amazing team. Choosing the winners was no easy task!

About the role:
You’ll be at the heart of our staff development journey, making sure our teams have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional care. Expect a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll empower staff and help shape the quality of care we deliver every day.

Key responsibilities:
📚 Coordinate internal/external training, inductions & apprenticeships
🎤 Deliver face-to-face training (including train-the-trainer subjects)
🗂️ Maintain training records, dashboards & compliance
💬 Be the go-to person for staff training support
💻 Organise training materials and e-learning resources
📊 Track outcomes & feedback to drive improvement
🤝 Deliver training to external organisations as we grow

Who we are looking for:
You’re organised, proactive, and passionate about staff development. You love creating smooth processes, supporting others, and helping people grow.

✔ Strong organisational & communication skills
✔ Confident with Microsoft Office & online learning systems
✔ Understanding of compliance, safeguarding & CQC requirements
✔ Experience in training coordination, inductions or similar
✔ Able to build strong, professional relationships
✔ Bonus: PTLLS or L3 AET
