Is your computer mouse causing you pain?
That shoulder pain might not be from a gym injury or sleeping wrong. That wrist pain may not be from lifting the shopping.
It might be from your mouse.
If your mouse is too far away, too high, or you're reaching across your body to use it, you're creating repetitive strain on your body, 37 hours a week.
Quick desk setup check:
💙 Mouse at the same height as your keyboard
💙Close enough that your elbow stays by your side
💙 Wrist neutral (not bent up or down)
💙Shoulders relaxed, not hunched
Bonus tip: Switch mouse hands occasionally to balance things out (yes, it's weird at first, but your body will thank you!).
