New NICE guidelines are published, to bring earlier access to a range of treatments, for type 2 diabetics.

๐Ÿ“ข The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published new guidelines that will give people with type 2 diabetes access to more effective treatments earlier.

This will transform treatment for many people living with the condition, helping them to improve their self-management and avoid the devastating complications of diabetes.

Weโ€™ve campaigned for this with your support and welcome this change which put the focus on prevention and personalised approaches to treatment, as well as ensuring equal access for all.
