Animals feel the change in seasons; eager for longer, warmer days, spring grass and sunshine!
Their enthusiasm is understandable.

A change in seasons can also mean a change in routine which can also be unsettling initially.

Chakras are spinning cones of energy located at various points along the body.
Energy is always circulating through the chakras and they are the main gateway through which energy flows from the outside world.

When the chakras are in balance the animal experiences the optimal health and vitality. However energy blockages or imbalances can occur leading to physical or behavioural symptoms.

An animal reiki practitioner can channel reiki (universal) energy to these chakras rebalancing and removing energy blockages, allowing the body to self - heal.

A calm and peaceful presence, with ego left behind, allows animals to feel safe and choose to connect to reiki energy when offered.

They can slow and soften, absorbing the energy for their greatest good. Nothing is forced.

Reiki helps to rebalance the body's energy flow. It acts to remove energy blockages within the body that may have built up over years; it can help to alleviate physical pain, relieve stress, emotional worries and promote well-being. It works for the whole body, mind and spirit. 💛

Today is World Animal Reiki day.

This special day is dedicated to raising awareness of the gentle, supportive nature of Reiki for animals and recognising animals as powerful spiritual teachers in our lives.

Reiki offers a calm, respectful way to support wellbeing, connection and trust.

On this day we celebrate all those who share Reiki with animals - and the wisdom, presence and unconditional love animals share with us in return.
