My Homecare Gloucester is looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to lead in the community, oversee care quality, support and mentor teams, and truly make a difference every single day ❤️

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on autonomy, uses sound judgement, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care 🌈✨

✅ Minimum 1-year domiciliary care experience
✅ Experience supervising staff & assessing competence
✅ Strong knowledge of medication, safeguarding & CQC standards
✅ Flexible for evenings, weekends & on-call (not a 9–5 role!)
✅ Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle
