Yes I’m biased, but I challenge you to find a better tasting tomato soup🤤

I love making this recipe, especially in the winter seasons! Not only is it so warming and such a simple recipe, it also transports me back to my Mum making it and always brings such a smile to my facešŸ¤

Strength training is such a vital component for exercising at ANY stage of life

Regular strength training:
✨Builds lean muscle
✨Increases bone strength
✨Balances hormones
✨Improves cognition (improves focus & mental clarity)
✨Boosts energy
✨Boosts metabolism
✨Tightens skin
✨Improves balance

And the list can truly go on!

It doesn’t mean you become a bodybuilder or powerlifter - it just means you are pushing, pulling and building your muscles to lift things that are heavy for YOU and being able to build upon your progress each sessionšŸ’ŖšŸ¼āœØ

I am honestly in absolute awe🄹 I can’t quite believe from cookbook sales alone, I have not only been able to raise this volume of money, but to also carry on my Mum’s legacy, and together inspire others to cook simple, wholesome foodšŸ¤

The hole grief leaves never gets any smaller, you just learn how to regrow around it. Not only am I so proud of what I have achieved, I am, from the bottom of my heart so grateful and thankful to every single person who has bought a copy, and continues to tell me what they have been making, and enjoying the recipes as much as I do🩷

Wins from this session✨

1. I had no knee pain when squatting or lunging

2. My top set was 60kg for 6, and I don’t think I’ve squatted that weight since last year🤩

3. I committed to the session! Despite feeling fatigued, work being super busy since getting home off a weekend away and in all honesty, it would have been so much easier to chill

But you know what I’m so pleased I went!

I felt empowered and truly so much better for it, both physically and mentallyšŸ’ŖšŸ¼

It truly is about the little wins!✨

Not every workout is going to be amazing

Some will be great, some will be average, some will feel rubbish

But success doesn’t come from the quality of each individual workout, it comes from the ability to keep showing up and being consistent, day by day, week by week, month by monthšŸ’ŖšŸ¼

With the last few months of 2025 coming, don’t neglect yourself!

Continue showing up for you, feeling empowered, and most importantly, making yourself proudšŸ«¶šŸ¼

Today’s society has allowed us to create a life of comfort, limiting movement and food being accessible via our phones

But actually, for progress and change to happen, we have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable

This means stepping out of our comfort zones

Pushing ourselves to be that 1% better each time we do something

Now there may be days where this isn’t possible and our bests will look different each day

But by consistently showing up, all those little baby steps add up and that’s where the progress will happen

So don’t limit yourself, celebrate all the small wins and achievements

And most importantly, always strive to be the best version of yourself, because you know what, you deserve it🩷

(A little example - my training has been consistently back on track the last couple of months and today I got a huge win, I had set myself 3 x 6 at 15kgs, but for the final set, I got a PB and 8 reps🤩 just goes to show, don’t underestimate yourself!)
