Practice Update – Telephone Wait Times
Due to an unusual amount of staff sickness, we are currently very short staffed. Unfortunately, this means it may be taking us longer than usual to answer the phones.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and understand how frustrating this can be. Please be assured this situation is completely beyond our control, and our team is working extremely hard to prioritise patient safety and urgent care.
