Please be aware that the surgery will be closed from 1PM today for mandatory staff training.

This training is essential to help our team continue providing you with the best possible care.

• For urgent medical advice, please contact NHS 111 (available 24/7).
• In an emergency, please call 999.
• For prescription requests, you can use our online services or submit them when we reopen.

❗GP surgery website issues – important update for patients❗

IT issues are currently affecting the system that runs many GP surgery websites nationally, including most of those across Gloucestershire.
Technical teams are working hard to fix the issues as quickly as possible. Whilst they do this, to ensure the safety of clinical systems, they have temporarily closed most practice websites.

If you need to contact your GP surgery urgently, please either phone or visit your surgery.

The number of women not regularly checking their breasts is at a 4-year high.

New research has revealed that 45% of women in the UK don’t check their breasts regularly, increasing by 4% in the last 4 years. This is concerning as we know that the sooner breast cancer is diagnosed, the better the chances are of treatment being successful and lives potentially being saved.

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month we want to encourage everyone to get checking their breasts regularly. We know it can be hard to get in the habit, but by checking regularly it can help you feel more confident in knowing what’s normal for you.
