This week in class we started a new series of Somatic Movements. We can often have pain in the mid back, ribs and chest. Being able to twist and rotate through the trunk is really important. Notice what is tight for you - Neck? Shoulders? Are they overworking? We can hold a lot of tension in the front of our body, but we only notice how sore and senstive our back is. Our movement this week was the Side Bend. Learning to release the muscles in the front and side of the body, to improve our rotation.
Classes run in Charlton Kings on a Tuesday morning, until 16th December.
