We are frequently asked what is the quickest way to book an appointment to be seen at either of our sites.
Here are the best, easiest and quickest ways :

1. Our website - online booking is live and automatically updated. It will allow you to be in control of your choices and confirmation is sent out automatically. You may alter your appointment time and date any time up to 48 hours before.

2. DM via Instagram or via Facebook

3. WhatsApp on the number indicated above in our bio

Please note Saturday appointments are not released online as majority is 1:1 rehab in the gym or clinic.
If that's your preference then feel free to DM and we can book you in.

What a whirlwind of a day at the clinic! Linda Lydney Footcare Clinic and I combined our forces, blending two completely different skill sets with one shared goal—helping our patients recover, move better, and feel better. With cutting-edge technology, in-depth knowledge, and a passion for what we do, we tackled everything from overloaded joints to complex rheumatic conditions.

From GP referrals to specialist cases from rheumatology and surgery across Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, we saw many complex cases today. A busy, intense, but incredibly rewarding day working for the greater good of the Forest and surrounding areas

You booked your consultantation and can't wait to get diagnosis and answers to your questions, we understand that.
That's exactly what we are here for.
Some ask what is best to bring to an appointment so here is a list of suggestions:

💫Fill in online medical questionnaire that was sent to you, it allows us to customise your appointment
💫Medication list if you have one, unless it's populated into questionnaire we send you.
💫Shorts or sportswear. Anything easy to roll up to allow clear knee view.
💫 Footwear you use during sporting activities or other actitivies
💫Any relevant previous xrays, scans, reports of those etc
💫Relevant previous consultant letters

If you are unsure, always ask.

Missed Appointments Without Notice

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but as per our policy, any appointment canceled with less required notice—or missed without notification—will be charged in full.

This policy is in place out of fairness to both our clinicians and other clients who may be in urgent need of an appointment. Last-minute cancellations leave us unable to offer the slot to someone else, impacting those waiting for care.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule, please provide us notice to avoid charges and help us accommodate others in need.
