Meet Harry - Sports Massage Therapist and Student Chiropractor.

Harry is passionate about the benefits of both Massage and Chiropractic care, and the huge impacts both treatment can have in helping people move and feel their best. He regularly co-manages patients alongside our Chiropractors to help them get the best results.

Outside of clinic, Harry loves nothing more than getting out on a walk through the woods with the dogs and his family in tow!

Meet the Team Monday!

Meet Alex!

Alex has a special interest in treating sports related injuries, particularly of the hip and shoulder. This is something which stems from his very varied sporting background, spanning CrossFit, Rugby and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He's familiar with the demands that sports puts on the body and is passionate about helping patients prevent injury and optimise performance.

Outside of Chiropractic, Alex likes to stay active, but also loves nothing more than settling down with a coffee and playing the guitar.

Meet Tom!

Tom has a particular interest in the management of Chronic spinal pain and is passionate about combining Chiropractic care with advice around lifestyle and exercise to really help his patients optimise their health and longevity.

Outside of work, Tom always makes sure he gets an exercise session in, and is always happiest when there's some competition involved, be that on the sporting field or as in individual in running. Not even team bowling nights out are safe!

Every day is a school day for our chiropractors.
After a busy day in clinic, Mel, David, Beth and Alex (at the back of the class!), attended an orthopaedic seminar in Cheltenham.

What is 'normal' in terms of recovery?

It’s completely understandable to hope that once treatment starts, you’ll just keep feeling better - less pain, more movement, and steady progress toward recovery. And while that is sometimes the direction things go, healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line.

There may be days when you feel amazing and others when things feel a bit tougher. Those ups and downs are a normal part of the process, they don’t mean you’re moving backward or that treatment isn’t working.

We’re here to support you through it all, the good days and the challenging ones - helping you stay on track, make adjustments when needed, and keep moving toward your goals and a healthier, more comfortable you.

Meet the Team Monday!

Meet Beth - Chiropractor and Senior Partner.

Beth is our resident Pregnancy specialist, with over a decade of experience in managing Pregnancy related Pelvic Girdle Pain. She has great links with local midwives and is one of a handful of practitioners in Gloucestershire recommended by the Pelvic Partnership.

Outside of her clinical role, Beth is also a mentor for newly qualified Chiropractors, helping to guide them through their Post-Registration Training year with the Royal College of Chiropractors.

In her spare time, Beth loves nothing more than exploring the hills near her house either on horseback or with her dog, then coming home to curl up with a book!

This year’s theme is “Invest in Your Spine” - a reminder that your spine is at the core of your health and wellbeing.

Spinal conditions are one of the leading causes of disability worldwide, affecting not just comfort, but also mobility, productivity, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life. The good news? There’s a lot you can do to keep your spine strong and supported every day.

Here are a few simple ways to invest in your spine health:

💪 Stay Active – Regular physical activity helps keep your muscles and joints strong, flexible, and resilient.
🕒 Take Movement Breaks – If you sit for long periods, try “movement snacking” — stand up, stretch, or take a short walk every 30–60 minutes.
💆 Regular Chiropractic Care – Maintenance visits can help address tension early, maintain joint mobility, and support your overall comfort and posture.
🪑 Check Your Desk Setup – Use ergonomic furniture, ensure your screen is at eye level, and if possible, consider a standing desk to promote healthy posture.
🌙 Prioritise Sleep – Aim for 7–8 hours each night to allow your body to rest, recover, and regenerate.
🥗 Nourish Your Body – A balanced diet rich in plants, protein, and adequate hydration is essential for overall wellbeing, as well as supporting the spine and surrounding tissues.

Did you know that strong hips are key to more than just hip health?
They play a vital role in supporting your lower back, knees, and even your ankles.

In this video, Alex demonstrates one of our favourite strengthening exercises: the banded lateral walk. All you need is a resistance band and a little space. Try completing 3 sets of 10–15 steps in each direction to activate and strengthen your glutes.

Give it a try and let us know how it feels — you might notice a burn, but don’t worry, it’s the kind that helps build strength and stability!

Meet David - our clinical director.

David has numerous additional qualifications in the management of sports injuries and vast experience in both injury management and prevention across a huge range of sports, from rowing, to football, to ballet and beyond!

In his spare time, David loves nothing more than being out in the great outdoors and can often be found on the hills around Gloucestershire, or scaling a mountain further afield!

David is currently on sabbatical, but it won't be too long until he's back in clinic.
