✨ A Little End Of Week Appreciation Post ✨

Most of you know us for keeping homes and Airbnbs sparkling… but did you know we also have the privilege of cleaning a wonderful, friendly care home? 💛

We’re not there to provide care — that’s handled beautifully by their amazing staff — but we do get to be part of their daily environment. And every single client there touches our hearts in ways we never expected.

Today, one of our team received this lovely picture from one of the residents, and it absolutely made our day. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do. 🥰🎨

To our care home friends: thank you for the smiles, the chats, and the kindness you show us every visit. You truly brighten our week. ✨

Shhh 🤫 someone special is turning 5️⃣0️⃣

We’re all prepared for our second-youngest client’s birthday tomorrow. Our care staff spent this evening decorating his flat so he’ll wake up to a special surprise in the morning.

Our clients are never just a number — they mean the absolute world to us.

Many of the people we support in the community do not have family or friends around them, and we’re still helping them heal from the lasting impact of social anxiety brought on by Covid.

That’s why we see it as our duty and privilege to help create joyful memories on days like these, especially when we are the only people they have.

Tomorrow party prep is well under way, and we are all ready to go 🎉🍾🎈🎁

We are always continuing our mission to provide a Gold Standard of Care to the community of Gloucester.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic training session for our new mentors here at Lean On Me. This session plays a vital role in preparing them to welcome, support, and guide our new staff as they begin their journey with us. 💙

A huge shoutout to our incredible Training and Development Manager, Abi, who designed and delivered this bespoke course with absolute pride and passion. Abi ensured that no stone was left unturned, equipping our mentors with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to help our team thrive.

We would like to inform all clients, staff, and partners that the 40A London Road, Gloucester office for Clean On Me and Lean On Me Care Services will be officially closing as of 01/12/2025.

From this date, all office-based operations for both companies will be carried out from:

Our second Carer of the Month is Rochelle, and this recognition couldn’t be more deserved.

Rochelle has been a valued member of our team for three years. She is adored by both clients and colleagues, bringing warmth, consistency, and compassion to every visit.

This past year has been incredibly challenging for Rochelle on a personal level, yet she has continued to show remarkable strength. She has inspired us all with her ability to keep moving forward—one step at a time—despite the difficulties she has faced.

Throughout everything, Rochelle has continued to deliver outstanding care with passion and respect. She shares an especially beautiful bond with one of our non-verbal clients, demonstrating patience, understanding and an intuitive connection that speaks volumes.

Tonight’s first team meeting of the week at Lean On Me was full of celebration and appreciation 💙

A huge congratulations to Jess, who took home one of our Carer of the Month awards! 👏 Over the past year, Jess has worked tirelessly to restructure our compliance processes and ensure deadlines are always met. This month, she showed just how much knowledge and confidence she’s gained — playing a key part in one of Lean On Me’s biggest accomplishments to date.

Being the voice of our clients when they can’t speak for themselves is what we stand for, and Jess truly embodies that. Challenging decisions that aren’t right or legal is part of what makes us proud to do what we do — and what keeps our Lean On Me legacy strong. 💪

We also celebrated Ellie, who graduated in Equine Science from Hartpury over the weekend! 🎓🐴 She was surprised with flowers, prosecco, and a well-deserved “well done” card from the team. 💐🥂
