🍂 10-Minute Autumn Breakfasts
I love making healthy & nutritious meals — but I’m also a time-poor mum juggling everyday life. School runs, work, the lot. So trust me when I say these breakfasts may look fancy, but they’re really simple and take no more than 10 minutes.

🫐 Blackberry Porridge
Simple rolled oats & few tbsps of chia seeds cooked in milk or water. Topped with pistachios, blackberries, apples & cinnamon — antioxidant-packed autumn comfort.

🥣 Pear & Ginger Quinoa-Oat Porridge
Oats + a few spoonfuls of quinoa cooked with milk or water. Add some chopped pear + ginger. Top with more pear, berries pecans & pumpkin seeds.

🍎 Stewed Apple with Yoghurt/Kefir
Batch-cook apples at the weekend. In the morning, scoop into a bowl with yoghurt/kefir, then add walnuts, blackberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of maple syrup.

🍳 Poached Egg on Avocado Toast Whilst the kettle boils, smash up half an avocado. Poach the eggs for two mins whilst the sourdough is toasting. Plate up and sprinkle with mixed seeds + add berries on the side.

✨ Quick, cozy, and nourishing — perfect fuel for busy days.
