My name is Sandra, a reflexologist based in Abbeymead, Glos. I promote physical & mental wellbeing through reflexology & Aromareflex.

As well as general reflexology, I'm also trained in fertility, pregnancy, menopause, palliative & cancer care.

I am now offering Aromareflex which combines the power of reflexology with aromatherapy. Using a personalised blend of essential oils, can enhance the benefits of reflexology, improving emotional and physical wellbeing. The essential oils used during this enhanced reflexology treatment may help to boost immunity, ease aches and pains, balance hormones, improve sleep and mood, and help release stress and tension.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I have had to meet high professional standards both in my initial qualification and in my day-to-day life as a therapist. By choosing a member of the AoR you take the stress out of choosing your therapist.

I am based in Abbeymead, providing treatments in a calming environment, but may also offer home visits subject to certain criteria. After an initial assessment, treatments cost just £45.
