Chance Is Change Chance Is Change is a life coaching and mentoring service. Every chance is an opportunity to change.

Here at Chance Is Change we believe that every child and young person should be given a chance to change and to succeed. Our goal is to establish partnerships within the community, work collaboratively with school staff, parents and outside agencies for example the Police, promote continued care and inclusion for young people, and to create a positive pathway to further education. By assessing a young persons challenging behaviour, Interventions can be developed which are unique to the student, helping them to thrive and become successful in the classroom and outside the classroom. Life coaching is an important factor in creating a positive platform for children and young people.

All of us at Chance Is Change 💙 and The Life Coach are incredibly excited to share our new partnership with Victoria at The ADHD Nurse.

This partnership feels like a really natural fit. We both care deeply about supporting children, young people, and families in a way that is understanding, practical, and rooted in real life. Victoria brings a huge amount of knowledge, experience, and compassion around ADHD, and together we are passionate about making sure young people feel understood, supported, and empowered. 🙏🏼

By working together, we hope to strengthen the support around families, bridge gaps between services, and offer joined-up guidance that truly makes a difference. This is about collaboration, shared values, and doing what is right for young people. ⭐️

Welcome to Feelings Town, Exciting Update 💙

Hey everyone, it’s been a little quiet on the Feelings Town front, so here’s a much needed update.

The book is currently being brought to life by our fantastic illustrator Olivia, who is doing an incredible job turning our characters and locations into something truly magical. Every page is starting to look like the Feelings Town we always imagined. 📖

We are also really excited to share that the book is now going through a publisher, and we have passed the first stages of the publishing process, which is a huge milestone and incredibly exciting for all of us involved. It is starting to feel very real now. 👏🏼

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey so far, Feelings Town is growing into something special, and we can’t wait for you all to see it.
