Silverlinings is a Healing and Holistic Therapy business which offers Meditation Groups, Holistic Life Coaching, Energy Healing Therapy, Spiritual Development Groups and Animal Healing Therapy. At Silverlinings we are passionate about empowering people to meet their full potential. We do this by teaching,inspiring, supporting, encouraging and giving direction. I believe that a balanced and healthy mind, body and soul is the key to a happy, healthy and successful life. Holistic Therapy is not a quick fix, its a journey in search of answers and ultimately feeling enriched, healthier and complete. I have been taught by and have worked with Vernon Frost, John Geis, Sue Geis and Clare Gladden in Spiritual Development Groups, Workshops and One to One sessions. Qualifications i have achieved are;
Spiritual Development Teacher Diploma. I strive to increase my knowledge and expertise in the Holistic Therapies that i teach and practice. Disclaimer..
