First week back in the gym ✅ after body recovered nicely, looking to rebuild stronger and fitter for next year. 🏊🚲🏃

New challenge loading....🏃💪

On Sunday I did something I never dreamed was possible for me. I BECAME AN OUTLAW!!! 🏊🚲🏃Standing on the edge of the lake...

On Sunday I did something I never dreamed was possible for me. I BECAME AN OUTLAW!!! 🏊🚲🏃

Standing on the edge of the lake nervously waiting to start the Outlaw Nottingham. 140.6 miles of swimming,cycling and running. Endless doubts running round my head.....

But this is what I had trained tirelessly 2 years for. Character building and believing I could complete this challenge.

I stayed calm in the swim, focused on the bike and determined to finish whilst running (and hobbling along)!!

The volunteers were absolutely amazing and so motivating, as was my amazing wife, family and friends who cheered me on non stop. Even when I was in a dark place I could hear them cheering me on!!!! 👏💪🎉

Finally running down the orange carpet with my 2 boys and crossing the finish line was an incredible feeling. Proving to myself I could do this!!

Well done everyone on the weekend. You were all amazing!
