My classes provide an excellent standard of tuition in a supportive, motivational environment. Exercises are explained thoroughly and you choose what level you want to work to, as all exercises are ‘layered’ in their intensity.

Important - class cancellation Coopers Edge this evening

All Tuesday Coopers Edge members should have received a WhatsApp to explain that class is cancelled this evening due to the heating system not working at the community centre.

It’s too cold this week to run the class without heating, and unfortunately the school which would be my backup, will be in use.

All class members will be credited next term for this cancelled class.
