The Therapy Effect We all experience situations and emotions that we cannot make sense of. Sometimes it helps to talk.

My name is Lee Harris and I am a local Counsellor based in Gloucester. I am trained in Psychodynamic and Person Centred theory - integrating the two, so focus on the here-and-now, but use the past to help inform the present.
