The importance of sending videos to your coach!!! Eug for 3 months has just been cracking on with his programme. Telling me how strong he’s getting etc. I’ve been begging for vids weekly but, of course he knows best. Today we had a sesh together and I find out he’s just been making moves up!🤣 Oh dear, all those missed gains 😜 All joking aside though, he is doing awesome and making brilliant progress. It could be better though and will be 💪

Can we just take a moment to appreciate this hard work and dedication. 7/8 months of consistent graft. I know has loved every minute so far and she is a real pleasure to coach. She is super humble so I will do all the shout outs for her. Queen! Not everyone wants to grace the stage but this lady is proof that there is no reason why anyone can’t get in shape and improve their health at any age with the right guidance.
