An exciting week for Gloucester slimming world group , Sharon Bennett Ranson is becoming the new consultant of Tuesday night's st John's Church St Johns Ave, Churchdown, Gloucester GL3 2DB churchdown group ( 5.30 and 7pm ) she is also changing her cooper's edge community centre Typhoon Way, Brockworth, Gloucester GL3 to a Wednesday evening 5.30pm and having a brand new venue for the Thursday group 5.30 and 7pm , sir thomas richs , six form centre ( gate 4) Oakleaze, Longlevens, Gloucester GL2 0LF . While keeping the Wednesday morning 9.30 and 11am st John's Church, St johns avenue churchdown gl3 2db where it is . There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a members belief in the Slimming World healthly eating & activity plan grow. Staying to group each and every week not only did Rich get support from members, he was able to support others in so many ways too. Making new friendships with others who totally understand what you maybe feeling at the time really is such a powerful thing.

Rich has not only transformed in the way he looks but his self esteem and belief in himself grew too.

Groups really is where the magic happens ❤️
