What does the role involve?
*To provide a high standard of personal care to clients in a sensitive and respectful manner.
*To support with everyday tasks as necessary.
*Be competent in carrying out basic observations and recording the results whilst recognising own limitations and the need to escalate as necessary.
*Compassionate and friendly manor to help assist the clients and offer companionship.
*Encouraging activities and socialising within the community.

Requirements for this role:-
*Minimum of 6 months’ care experience.
*Must be able to communicate effectively.
*Willing to complete specialist training subject to the needs of a client.
*All positions and posts are subject to a DBS check.
*Right to live and work in the UK.
*PBM/ PMVA training preferred but not essential.
*Moving & Handling training.
