You can often feel "lost" right before a big leap forward happens.
This is because you have released several blocks, self restrictions, habits and behaviours, beliefs that were holding you back. Your body senses this release and is preparing your systems for the new that is coming in. It will be higher in frequency, which is why your body needs to be prepared for it. Grounding is imperative. When the new lands for you. Don't rush out and suddenly move forward at warp speed. You will exhaust yourself, using too much energy too quickly. You may end up burning out before you can truely enjoy the new.
Allow the new to settle in your body. Accept it, and allow it to embody you. This may take a few days, or a few weeks. Celebrate it. Show gratitude for it. You have worked bloody hard for it and deserve to make the most of it and enjoy it fully. Rest, drink plenty of water, write down any insights/visions you get. These will come in handy later.
