It’s Wizard of oz day
Today we started off the day with some wizard of oz wordsearch tested our skills with yellow brick road skittles and finished our day with a singalong and The wizard of oz movie 🍿 with hot chocolate and nibbles 🎵🎶💃🏻

Itssss Friday we have had the absolute pleasure in the company of sing with Rosie today our residents are in fine voice as always 🎵🎤🎶
And it’s Boozy bingo afternoon lots of winners today 👏👏

A fun day here at Westbourne we started with the parachute game and big bucket pong testing our throwing skills
And an afternoon with the amazing Sue from music and movement lots singing dancing and gentle exercise 🕺🏻💃🏻🫶

We are hosting a Christmas Raffle at Westbourne! After the amazing support we received from the sponsors for our skydive, we are so close to achieving our goal of an Interactive Magic Table for residents living with dementia!
We are kindly asking for any donations; gift sets, bottles of alcohol, new books, toys, cosmetics etc!
Tickets are £1 each, and the raffle with be drawn at our Christmas party on the 24th December! Please leave your name and number/email on the ticket so we can contact you if you are not present at the draw.

On Remembrance Day at the stroke of 11am, Westbourne residents and staff stopped for a 2 minute silence to remember our heros 🇬🇧

We had a good old fashioned singalong 🎵🎶 with all the old favourites, great singing by everyone 🫶
We finished the afternoon with a wheel of Trivia quiz!

What a wonderful start to our Friday here at Westbourne we had the pleasure of brilliant Zoolab with their small insects snakes and furry friends they alway provide so much information 🐜🕷🐍🐌 so interesting
And finishing the day with Ant and his guitar taking us into the weekend with some of our favourite songs 🎶🎵🕺🏻💃🏻
