My lovely ones,
As we move into the stillness of Christmas, I wanted to reach out from my heart to yours.
I know I have been quieter over the past few months, and this year has held its share of challenges.
Through it all, your patience, loyalty, and continued support have meant more to me than I can truly put into words. To be held by such a compassionate and understanding community is something I am deeply grateful for ❤️

🐍 As we complete this Year 9 cycle ... a year of endings, release, and deep soul lessons, now moving towards letting go of the Snake’s shedding energy in 2025, I feel a quiet sense of closure and reverence for all that has been.
At the same time, my heart is already turning toward the new beginnings ahead, and the bold, inspired energy of the Fire Horse 🐎 in 2026 that invites renewal, courage, and forward movement.
Thank you for walking this path with me, for your trust, your presence, and your shared healing.

Letting go is hard, whether it’s people, things, patterns, or beliefs.
We often hold on, not because we want to suffer, but because something inside us believes that letting go means losing, giving up - a part of ourselves, our safety, our story.

What if we softened that idea?
What if, instead of letting go, we practiced release - a gentle intention to allow what no longer serves to drift away in its own time?
Release carries a different energy. It doesn’t force. It doesn’t reject. It honours what was, and trusts what’s becoming.
It says: Thank you for what you’ve taught me. You may rest now.

When we choose release over resistance, we open to peace.
When we honour the natural flow of change, we remember that life isn’t about losing, it’s about returning. To lightness, truth, and alignment.
To trust that whatever falls away creates sacred space for what’s meant to arrive.

Breathe gently.
Feel the weight of all you’ve been carrying... the people, the stories, the patterns, the beliefs that have shaped you.
No judgment
Only awareness.
We have all held on to a love that once kept us safe, a belief we had to hold in order to belong.
Rather than let go, even those words can sound like loss ... but to release.
Release is not a breaking away.

✨ If you’ve felt heavy these past weeks, you’re not alone… ✨

I’ve been a little quiet lately, taking some time out ...in hermit mode.
Over these last few years my spiritual path has kept guiding me back to the deepest wound: Abandonment.

No matter how much I tried to give more, be more, or do more, life kept placing this lesson before me again and again. Each time I thought I’d found the next thing that would finally transform everything, it wasn’t.
This past month, I’ve felt low. The usual “push through” energy just wasn’t there.

Of course, this all unfolded during eclipse season, a time that has a way of stirring up old wounds and shaking loose anything no longer aligns.
These cosmic shifts can feel like emotional earthquakes... this most recent eclipse season has been its own initiation.
When the veils thin and what is hidden rushes into the light. Their energy has a way of stirring what we’ve buried, so that the pieces of us longing for wholeness can finally be felt, held, and healed. 🌑

In the heaviness, I noticed how easy it is to abandon myself ... to forget the very practices that feed my soul: the quiet morning walks, the meditations in nature.

Today, as the first light spilled across the horizon, the sky reminded me that even when everything feels uncertain or lost, beauty still exists.
Nature never stops offering her quiet medicine. The sky still softens with dawn. The earth still breathes. And so do I.

One day, all these fragments will weave themselves into the story they were always meant to tell. Until then, I rememeber a special someone always told me ... patience ciji patience 😂 while things may not happen at the speed we would like ... there is always divine timing at play and something to learn.

✨🌕 ✨️
Tonight the skies bring a time of deep transformation. The Blood Moon ... a total lunar eclipse in Pisces arrives not as a gentle whisper, but as a cosmic wave, asking us to surrender, release, and awaken.
Pisces carries the medicine of dreams, intuition, and surrender. This eclipse illuminates the places where illusion has clouded truth, and where we’ve outgrown the stories we once clung to.

We are being called to:
🌊 Release — Let go of the old patterns, attachments, and narratives that no longer serve the path of your soul.
🌌 Surrender — Trust the unseen currents. Pisces teaches us to soften, to feel, and to lean into divine flow.
💫 Call In — Invite clarity, compassion, and alignment. Allow your heart to be a vessel for higher guidance.

This is not energy to be controlled ... it is to be felt.
✨️Rest, ground, and honour your body as emotions rise like tides.

🌕 Blood Moon Eclipse Ritual to Release & Receive ✨️

1️⃣ Create Sacred Space
Light a candle or incense. Place a bowl of water before you (Pisces energy). This represents the flow, cleansing, and release.
2️⃣ Ground & Breathe
Close your eyes. Take three deep breaths, feeling roots drop from your body into the earth. Imagine the Moon’s silvery light wrapping you in calm protection.
3️⃣ Release
On a piece of paper, write what you’re ready to let go of ... beliefs, fears, habits, or relationships that no longer serve. Speak them aloud, then safely burn or tear the paper, placing the ashes or scraps in the water bowl. Whisper:
“I release what is not mine to carry. I surrender to the flow.”
4️⃣ Call In
Place your hands over your heart. Speak aloud what you wish to invite ... clarity, love, healing, peace, abundance. Imagine the Moon pouring this light into your chest, filling your whole being.
5️⃣ Seal the Ritual
Thank the Moon, your guides, and your own soul for showing up. Pour the water from your bowl into the earth as an offering, completing the cycle.

🌿 Grounding: this isn't just spiritual ... its science!

Your body is electric ... every cell relies on tiny charges to function. Mitochondria, the “power plants” in your cells, use electrons as fuel to make the energy you need to move, think, and heal.

This morning, I had a long walk barefoot in nature, grounding into the earth.
Next to me, as I sat in stillness, was a single white feather ... perfect in shape, yet covered in tiny raindrops and beads of dew.
Something so delicate, and yet… not weighed down.
It held each droplet, shimmering in the morning light.
It made me wonder, how many of these moments, these whispers from Spirit, Source, or our higher self, do we miss?
We rush.
We chase the next thing.
We live in our to-do lists.
But when we slow down…
When we are still…
Life speaks.

How many ordinary moments hold a little doorway into the extraordinary.

That white feather, holding its raindrop jewels without collapsing, is such a quiet teacher.
Nature often sends us metaphors like that: the feather’s delicacy reminding us softness doesn’t have to mean fragility.

If I’d been rushing, if my mind was already halfway into the day’s tasks, I might have walked straight past it — so many of us walk past small wonders without noticing.
When we’re caught in the constant forward-pull of “what’s next,” we essentially go blind to what’s here. The little nudges — a certain birdcall at the exact right time, a breeze that comes out of nowhere.

Whether we call it Spirit, Source, intuition, or the quiet voice of our own deeper self, it’s always speaking.
But it doesn’t shout. It whispers.
And whispers can only be heard when we’ve slowed enough to listen.

That’s the invitation, I think: to live so that we are constantly available to the magic that’s already here, instead of saving presence for the “big moments.”

Today, the message was simple:
You can be delicate and strong at the same time.
The present moment is overflowing with miracles if we choose to see them.
