💦Buckets of sweat
⚡️SO much energy, joy and determination
👰🏼‍♀️Oh, and did I mention a wedding?!😂

❤️I’m proud of all the mums who’ve come to a class, done something for themselves and worked hard. It makes me so happy to see mums find a piece of ‘them’ again - and find fun, laughter and friends through movement. And I’m a little bit proud of me for growing these classes over the year! May it continue into next year!

🦋Last Wednesday we were lucky to be hosted by ! It was a beautifully sunny day so we had a wonderful outlook over the Sports Field. With a central Guildford location, plenty of parking and all the mod-cons including a sound system, lift and outdoor terrace it would make for a fab venue for a birthday party!

🥰They have been super friendly and responsive, really went the extra mile - and kept our class running when I was worried we were going to have to cancel - so check out their website for more details!

⚡️Only my busiest class ever!!!⚡️

💜13 mums working harder than ever! It makes me so happy that so many mums are prioritising THEMSELVES in their maternity leave!

🧘🏼‍♀️It’s not selfish. Finding something that you enjoy, makes you feel good and improves your health and fitness is necessary and important - to be the best version of yourself, and the best mum you can be!

👶🏼Plus babies LOVE watching you sweat, squat and make faces (either that or they’ll sleep through the whole thing!)

‼️VENUE CHANGE‼️

🎉On Wednesday 26th November, have come to the rescue and kindly offered to host our class at the usual time of 10:15am! Renovations are taking place in our usual Guildford venue.

🌸On-site parking is available, as well as a lift and a gorgeous view of the Sports Ground! Let’s hope for some sunshine😍🌞
