So… an impressive job title – but what does a Multi Site Head of Live-in People Experience actually do? 🤔

It’s definitely a bit of a mouthful (not the easiest thing to squeeze onto a business card!), and you might already have a few ideas about what the role involves – but let’s break it down.

We provide a live-in care service for clients who need more round-the-clock support at an affordable rate. In this role, you’ll work closely with Debs, our Head of Live-in Carers, helping to make sure both our clients and carers have a great experience.

You’ll be looking after the needs and requirements of new and existing clients, including completing care consultations, compliance and risk assessments.
