Jubilee House Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care.

Jubilee House, based just off the high street in Godalming, is a purpose-built care home offering expert care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The home features an array of communal spaces and beautiful gardens, perfect for catching up with loved ones and adding to the friendly feel of the care home. All bedrooms at Jubilee House are equipped with a basin and toilet, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured possessions to make their room feel like home. When a resident moves into Jubilee House, the skilled team find out everything they can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, to produce detailed care plans that are personalised to their needs and wishes.

Our lovely couples enjoyed a special Valentine’s lunch together, sharing smiles, sweet conversations, and precious moments side by side. It was heart-warming to see them celebrate their love in such a beautiful way.

Other residents also enjoyed their meals in the dining area, filled with laughter, friendship, and wonderful company.

Today has been a wonderful day full of music and celebration at Jubilee House! 🎶❄️

We started the morning singing with Suzie, filling the room with smiles and beautiful voices before Chaplin Jane led Holy Communion — a peaceful and meaningful time for everyone.

This afternoon, the excitement continued with our Winter Olympics Closing Ceremony! 🏅 Our residents were treated to fantastic entertainment from Silver Steve, and our talented carer Ruben played the guitar while everyone sang along.

We finished the celebrations with Snowball drinks, and each resident proudly received a certificate and medal for taking part in the Jubilee House Winter Games.

A truly joyful day filled with laughter, music, and special moments together. 💙

Our Story

Welcome to Jubilee House, located in the heart of Godalming.

Jubilee House provides personalised residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent and respite basis. When a new resident moves into our home in Godalming, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We put everything into a life story book, which is the basis for the care and lifestyle plans we create for them.

Our dedicated and highly experienced team supports your loved one through their dementia journey, and as their needs change. In March 2020, Jubilee House was rated ‘outstanding’ overall by the Care Quality Commission. Our commitment to delivering quality care includes working towards accreditation with the renowned Gold Standards Framework in End of Life Care. We also share our dementia expertise with the wider community. We’re working with local partners to make Godalming a dementia-friendly community through the local Dementia Action Alliance.
