Jubilee House Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care.

Jubilee House, based just off the high street in Godalming, is a purpose-built care home offering expert care for older people, including those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The home features an array of communal spaces and beautiful gardens, perfect for catching up with loved ones and adding to the friendly feel of the care home. All bedrooms at Jubilee House are equipped with a basin and toilet, and residents are welcome to bring their treasured possessions to make their room feel like home. When a resident moves into Jubilee House, the skilled team find out everything they can about their experiences, interests, likes and dislikes, to produce detailed care plans that are personalised to their needs and wishes.

‘A Christmas Goodbye with a Beautiful Surprise’

Today, Father Christmas came to pick up Elfie, as it was time for her to return to the North Pole 🎄✨
There were smiles, warm hugs, and a few emotional moments as everyone said goodbye.

But Elfie didn’t leave empty-handed — she had one final surprise waiting… 🐾

Out of the box jumped Oliver, a wagging puppy full of excitement! 🐶
Residents were completely surprised, and within moments, the room was filled with smiles as everyone instantly fell in love with him.

What a truly special Christmas gift for our home and our residents.

We had a wonderful Christmas party lunch today at Jubilee House, filled with joy, laughter, and the true spirit of the season. 🎅🍽️
The delicious food and festive atmosphere made it a truly special celebration for everyone.

Our Story

Welcome to Jubilee House, located in the heart of Godalming.

Jubilee House provides personalised residential dementia and nursing dementia care on a permanent and respite basis. When a new resident moves into our home in Godalming, we find out as much as we can about their lifetime experiences, interests, likes and dislikes. We put everything into a life story book, which is the basis for the care and lifestyle plans we create for them.

Our dedicated and highly experienced team supports your loved one through their dementia journey, and as their needs change. In March 2020, Jubilee House was rated ‘outstanding’ overall by the Care Quality Commission. Our commitment to delivering quality care includes working towards accreditation with the renowned Gold Standards Framework in End of Life Care. We also share our dementia expertise with the wider community. We’re working with local partners to make Godalming a dementia-friendly community through the local Dementia Action Alliance.
