Therapy Sessions for Neurodivergent Children and Young People

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are. My sessions are designed to help children and young people with autism, ADHD, sensory differences, and other needs grow in confidence and find joy in learning and connection.

✨ How I support your child:

Grow confidence and self-esteem
Learn ways to manage big feelings
Build social skills in a gentle, safe space
Practice tools for calm and focus
Explore through play, art, and movement

Happy back to school month everybody! 📖
I am planning on delivering two in person workshops in October from my Northchapel West Sussex space.
The focus will be on how to support your child with school related anxiety issues- peer relationships, social anxiety, exam worries, school refusal, neurodivergence and much more.
Two dates:
Wednesday 1/10 7pm-9pm
Saturday 18/10 9-11am
£20 per ticket
