This 45-minute postnatal-friendly barre class is designed especially for new mums (and their little ones!).
💪 Expect a fun, low-impact workout that focuses on core stability, posture, and alignment, all safely tailored to your postnatal body. Each week, you’ll build strength, confidence, and energy alongside other new mums.
