SPORTS PHYSIO! 25years of pitchside physio work. Madness to think I started as a young newly qualified Physio - scared to run on in case I couldn’t fix the problem!
I’ve worked 100s of matches - at many levels- men and women! I’ve put shoulders, elbows and kneecaps back into joint.. stitched heads and faces… taped 1000s of thumbs ankles and shoulders - fallen numerous times in the mud - including when 6months pregnant (v embarrassing)
I’ve been frozen 🥶 sunburnt 😎 and enjoyed a helicopter 🚁 ride with a trauma team too!
Love the variety sports work offers.
I now physio for my rugby playing kids!

A Crete holiday!
We have a lovely relaxed week away in Crete - staying at Chania at the - gorgeous chilled hotel.
We enjoyed exploring the old town of Chania - devoured gyros 🥙 and salads plus aways time for an iced coffee!
(Not pictured is our mini golf as that always ends in an argument (a too competitive family!) and usually tears - but ice cream 🍦 always helps cheer us up!)

EVERY WEEK. No excuses. I teach and train. Running PBG as a full time Physio and mother of 3 is a lot of work. You have to be strong mentally and physically to cope. Lifting heavier progressing my body and challenging myself brings me belief in what I can achieve - so keep going - keep showing up! YOU - WE - Can do this!
