Meet Lisa, one of our fabulous members and our 6.45pm Woman of the YEAR 2025!! 🎉🎉

This lady is a true inspiration, not only because of her own journey, but also for how much she supports others in our lovely group!!
Lisa wasn't new to Slimming World when she joined in May 2023, however, after an injury her weight had crept up again, and she wasn't feeling great about herself.
Lisa has now lost over 3 and half stone, and is not only feeling physically and mentally healthier she has now come off her blood pressure tablets, and recovered from extreme anxiety. Lisa now finds focusing on a positive mindset, exercise and making healthy food choices has helped her live a much happier life. Her biggest tips are to never give up no matter what, and lean in on the support of fellow slimmers in group. 🥰
