βοΈ Winter can be a challenging time for many of us βοΈ
As the colder months arrive, our health services come under more pressure β and lots of people may notice a dip in their own health and wellbeing, especially those who are more vulnerable.
With Christmas just around the corner, remember that some health services will have reduced or changed opening hours over the bank holidays. Thatβs why it helps to know where to go for help β even if itβs just for advice.
π‘ For those in Greater Manchester (or if you know someone who is), check out the βGet to Know Where to Goβ guide β it tells you what NHS service is right for things like: minor illnesses, dental or eye problems, urgent care, mental-health support, and more. π gmintegratedcare.org.uk/GTKWTGοΏΌ οΏΌ
π Christmas might feel magical for some, but it can also feel lonely or make existing mental-health challenges feel heavier. If this is you β or someone you know β please remember youβre not alone. There is support available, and itβs okay to reach out.
π Take care of yourself, check in on others, and make sure you know what help is available this winter. A little preparation can make a big difference.
Stay safe, stay warm, and reach out if you need support. π«
