✨ Why We Now Take a £15 non-refundable
Booking Deposit ✨
As we move into an extremely busy time of year, we’ve introduced a £15 deposit to secure all appointments. This helps protect our team’s time and ensures our clients receive the best service possible.
Here’s why this change is so important:
🔹 No-shows have a real impact.
When someone doesn’t attend their appointment, that time slot — which could have been given to another client — is lost.
🔹 We invest in preventing no-shows.
To help everyone keep track of their appointments, we:
• Pay our receptionist to make courtesy reminder calls
• Use a professional messaging service to send reminder texts
• Offer clients the chance to cancel or reschedule in advance
Despite this, last-minute no-shows still happen.
🔹 We have a long cancellation list.
Many people are waiting for appointments, especially at this time of year. When someone doesn’t attend, we often can’t fill the slot with short notice.
🔹 Our 24-hour cancellation policy.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.
If less notice is given — or in the case of a no-show — the full appointment fee is required.
The £15 deposit helps ensure appointments are respected, our time is valued, and clients on the waiting list can be seen sooner.
