6 days out from an absolute war that’s going down at the BKFC at NWC on Saturday.

Both men are absolute warriors so it’ll be a spectacle for sure.

Been some good recovery days in for - with breathwork integrated into it too.

There’s actually some thought & science gone into this.

Putting yourself into extreme environments,

Where your mind, brain & nervous system are being truly tested,

And practicing the lost art of controlling your breathing to calm the mind & regulate your nervous system is how you get stronger.

Not just how you get stronger, but how you TRAIN yourself to be stronger.

Obviously be sensible, that goes without saying & make sure stuff like this is done properly with someone present.

But yeah, we’re excited about this test.
