Read this article about chronic pain this morning and was very disappointed that occupational therapy was not mentioned 🤔we are a key member of a multi disciplinary team!!

Specialists warn the NHS is not set up to deal with such complex conditions.

I received the following testimony from a case manager and I'm not one to blow my own trumpet but I thought for once I'd do just that!!!!

I have instructed Barbara on a couple of occasions for my clients and I can say she has been fantastic on each occasion.​ She has assisted my clients with complex injuries with their specific requirements and is very friendly, empathetic and provides clinically sound justifications for treatment / equipment etc.​

​She has been a great asset to my clients and I will certainly request her OT services in the future.

I have no issues with recommending her to other case managers.

A big thank you to them for such kind words!

Happy AHP day 😍😍 I've now been qualified for 22 years 🙈🙈in this time I've seen the profession change, I've changed the direction of my career and continue to love my job!!!!
