Meet Our New Physiotherapist – Vernice

We’re delighted to welcome Vernice Friend, MSc, BSc, to the Physiotherapy Health Solutions team 💙

Vernice is an experienced physiotherapist with a background in clinical, hospital, and home based care. Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal and neurological physiotherapy, as well as geriatric and paediatric care. She also brings valuable experience in massage therapy, supporting relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

With a compassionate approach and a strong passion for helping people improve their quality of life, Vernice believes that healing begins with empathy, connection, and knowledge — values that align perfectly with our clinic.

This mat based Pilates class is led by a Chartered Physiotherapist, making it ideal for anyone looking for expert guidance, safe movement, and a supportive environment. The class focuses on improving strength, mobility, balance and confidence in movement, and is suitable for beginners or those returning to exercise.

Class time - Tuesdays | 11:45am
