Struggling to drift off because your mind won't stop racing?

In this video, Mark shares a simple but effective technique we use at Newcastle Hypnotherapy called "Hypno Eye Breathing." Whether you are having trouble falling asleep or you have been woken up by late night anxiety, this method is designed to settle your nervous system quickly.

The process is straightforward: you breathe in with your eyes open and imagine you are breathing through your eyes, then breathe out while closing your eyes, imagining the breath leaving through your eyelids. By repeating this simple pattern for just two or three minutes, you can guide yourself into a calm state of self-hypnosis and get back to the rest you need.
