❤️ Whilst love is in the air take some time for your own selfcare and some solo time, come as a couple or bring some friends for a perfect Galentine's afternoon.
🪡🧵🧘🏻♀️Join Julie and Joanie for a chilled and peaceful afternoon of crafting followed by a cosy, comfy guided meditation.
🪡🧵We'll begin with a slow stitching session led by Julie. This is a mindful craft focusing on the calming process rather than the end product (which usually looks beautiful anyway!) Take your inspiration from nature, memories or abstract shapes and textures using scraps of fabric, threads and buttons. No previous experience or skills necessary. It's all about being in the moment.
❤️🧘🏻♀️Then settle down even further with a guided meditation with Joanie on the theme of love, peace and new beginnings.
