Over 1 stone down !!👏and looking fantastic lovely lady 👌
But...the biggest result is a non scale one ....no more indigestion !! When we first started working together there was many foods that she just couldn't eat as they would cause discomfort. After 6 weeks , some weightloss, consistency , uptake in water , and finding what works for her we now have a settled tummy and one very happy lady enjoying food again .

BACK ON TRACK 👌
After a lovely half term spent with her family , celebrations 🍾 and Halloween 🎃 parties , our lovely Donna is back on track and heading towards her Christmas goal 🎄.

Looking for women who want to lose weight in time for Christmas 🎄

Due to recent growth at Gosforth Nutrition have several new trainees working with us, as part of their training they need to practice their wellness evaluation presentation, this is usually £50 but they doing for free, they are looking for volunteers to help them out 🤞

It’s a really relaxed chat about your nutrition and goals and then we do a body scan which looks at your Visceral Fat, Body Fat, Metabolic age, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, and Hydration levels 🫣 It’s really interesting and quite insightful into what is going on inside your body.

They will also discuss your nutrition habits, any struggles you have, recommend simply changes to help with results, and discuss options we have available.

If you would like to use the opportunity to get free advice on how to get in shape for Christmas and get healthier please drop a yes in the comments and I’ll be in touch.
