The hugely talented therapists at Urban Angel are hosting an Open Weekend at 19 & 20 Lansdowne Terrace South Gosforth Newcastle Upon Tyne on Saturday & Sunday 02 - 03 December from 10 am to 8 pm on both days with free entry.

Over the weekend there will be the chance to engage with therapists to discuss treatments, listen to talks , experience taster sessions and watch demonstrations.

There will be the chance to secure treatments and services at discounted rates or simply observe what goes on at Urban Angels .

What is Fascia ?

Fascia is the biological fabric that holds us together, forming a sheath over our entire muscular system turning the body into one big kinetic chain.

In a healthy state, the fascia fibres slide and glide and the gel is hydrated and fluid.
