✨ I want to share something very close to my heart ✨

Lucy is a 13-year-old girl I have the honour of looking after, and she is truly one of the most beautiful, bright little souls I’ve ever met. She radiates kindness, courage and a light that fills the whole room.

Lucy lives with Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that affects her movement, communication and daily comfort — yet she faces every day with such strength and sweetness.

Her wonderful family are fundraising for an Innowalk, a specialised machine that would allow her to stand, move, and experience the joy of walking again. It would support her body, ease her daily symptoms and give her a chance at more freedom, comfort and possibility.

I’m sharing this because Lucy deserves every opportunity to thrive and to feel the joy she brings to everyone around her. ❤️

Ecstatic Dance is not about steps or performance — it’s about giving your body freedom, letting music guide you, and connecting with yourself and others in a safe, non-judgmental space.

This is more than a dance… it’s a journey inward, a chance to release, recharge, and remember the joy of being fully alive.
