✨ Ecstatic Dance in Portchester – A Journey Beyond Words ✨

On Friday 26th at 7pm, we’ll gather at Portchester Community Centre for an evening of movement, music, and magic.

Ecstatic Dance is not about steps or performance — it’s about giving your body freedom, letting music guide you, and connecting with yourself and others in a safe, non-judgmental space.

This is more than a dance… it’s a journey inward, a chance to release, recharge, and remember the joy of being fully alive.
