I am completely in awe of the players in the Rugby World Cup they have played incredible, exciting rugby and I am loving it!

So today for Friday Fun, in their honour, I’m sharing 2 truths and a lie from a time I was involved in Rugby.
Which one do you think is the lie?
1️⃣ For 6 years I worked with a Men’s Rugby club as their sports therapist.
2️⃣ I was once asked to play Rugby in Premiership 1 against Richmond Women.
3️⃣ Shortly after the 2003 World Cup win, I was asked to go to Twickenham as part of the security detail for the men’s Emgland team.

I often say I’ll never stop learning.

I just love how quickly chiropractic research is moving at the moment. I was learning with the brilliant Heidi Haavik today and honestly… it gave me goosebumps. So many things we’ve felt and seen in practice for years are finally being backed up by the science.

It’s like, “yes, this is exactly what we’ve known all along!” And it just makes me even more excited to keep learning, keep growing, and keep bringing that back into practice. I’ll be sharing more soon.

Alternative school photo.

I either forget or miss the standard school photo - and today I managed both.

This morning I asked my eldest to help get my youngest out of the house ready for school. By the time I’d locked up and turned around, they’d disappeared. He’d taken it upon himself to walk her in.

Here they are, hand in hand, chatting away so happily. I just stood and watched them.

What’s usually a sad morning turned into such a happy one 💕
