Totally agree, pretty amazing how many patients have gone through 6-12 months of "rehab" and when you break it down they have basically been doing a few stretches.

If your rehabbing tendon related problems and haven't had a good conversation about load tolerance / progressive loading in the long term maybe bring it up with whoever your seeing

Had to drop off and pick up Rose from school while also having Molly today. Not something I normally get to do.

My brain this morning - it would be cool for Rose to cycle and I'll have Molly on my back in the carrier and jog.

My brain later that day - this was a stupid idea I didn't count on how fast Rose can go and how much Molly would enjoy me Running to keep shouting 'more' the whole time, and that I have to do the journey 4times

Not every ideas a winner
But a pretty good workout

St Vincent have to move the class to the dance studio opposite the Jervis gallery tonight as they have a short notice staff meeting. So we will be in the building opposite tonight might be a little tighter than normal but should be ok based on previous numbers

Short notice cancellation of Pilates Class tonight
I've had 8 cancellations today so I've decided to give the rest a night off !
Everything will be back to normal on Thursday and next Monday

Super Proud of this, taken lots of work over 20 months to stay consistent building the foundations for it without overloading my shoulders.
